Klaris Return & Exchange Policy

At Klaris, we put care into every stitch—and your experience matters to us just as much as the scrubs themselves. If something doesn’t fit right or feel right, we’re here to help make it better.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • If the request is raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Only non-customized items are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items marked as final sale, discounted more than 30%, or part of a bulk/custom order are not eligible.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at [contact@klariscrubs.com] with:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Clear images of the product (in case of damage or defects)
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days with further steps.
  3. Once approved, we’ll help coordinate a pickup or guide you on shipping the product back.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or color? We’ve got you.

Your first exchange is free because we want your Klaris scrubs to fit just right.

Once your original item is picked up and passes our quality check, we’ll ship your replacement.
If reverse pickup isn’t available in your area, you can self-ship the product using a trusted courier service. We’ll share the Klaris warehouse address upon request.

Our team will handle the rest, quickly and carefully. The exchange item will be dispatched once your original product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

Returns & Refunds:

  • Upon receiving and approving the return, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method or Klaris Wallet (if preferred).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
  • A return shipping fee of ₹100 may be deducted from your refund, unless the return was due to damage, defect, or order error on our part.
  • No refund on the customized products
  • No exchange on the customized products

Shipping-Related Issues:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll prioritize a resolution.

Note on Custom Orders:

Customized or embroidered Klaris scrubs are made just for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there’s a quality or sizing issue that was due to Klaris.
