At Klaris, we know that when you place an order, you’re not just waiting for scrubs ,  you’re waiting to feel ready for your next shift. That’s why we’ve built a shipping process that’s smooth, reliable, and designed around your needs.

 Shipping Within India

• Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
• Express Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days
• Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours on business days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

We ship to all major cities and towns across India via trusted logistics partners. For remote areas, delivery timelines may vary slightly.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on select pincodes with an additional fee of ₹150.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email.
You can also check your order status anytime under My Orders in your Klaris account dashboard.

Failed Deliveries

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
You may contact our support team to reschedule or initiate a refund as per our return policy.

International Shipping

We’re currently shipping across India only.
International orders will be introduced soon — stay tuned.

Made to Order / Custom Orders

Please note: Customized scrubs or bulk orders may require additional processing time (7–10 business days).
Exact timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
